Here are issues and their status that have been reported that you should be aware of.

Issue OS-01: Operating System Vista - EF Open Error - When attempting to connect to the K3 using an installation of version 1.1.0.0 on Vista an EFOpen error occurred. This was resolved by running the program as Administrator. This has not been experienced under OS XP or Win 8. It may also be experienced under Win 7 and running as Administrator should resolve the issue in that case also. [Added 18-March-2014]. This issue is currently considered closed but future releases may remove the requirement for running as Adminsitrator by relocating files written and/or read by the program.
