With
my recent move to New Orleans I'm now only an ex-officio member of the
Texas Expeditionary Force which, I'm glad to report will again be
rovering
over
into Louisiana in 2013 to activate almost all of the
Louisiana parishes -- see
N5NA's
LAQP page
for details of those mobile operations. But now I'm a lot
closer
to the
starting point than I was in The Woodlands, TX!
This year Dallas-K1DW has come on board to share the
operating and driving
and we'll be making a run through all of the southeastern
parishes
operating primarily CW with excursions to SSB only on request
or if things get slow on CW. Operation will be mostly on 20m and 40m
but we'll give 15m a try from time to time and upon requests. Note from
the list below that there are mutiple opportunities to work a number of
the counties. We will attempt to allow at least a total of 20 minutes
in each
county even though the distances shown on the Google map would indicate
a short trip across the county. Also please
note that this is also the weekend of the CQWW RTTY WPX contest so on
40m please look for us below 7030. We hope to put you in the
log in
the
2013 Louisiana QSO Party.
