Revision 178-01: This patch includes the following revisions/additions:
  • added boundary information for a missing Colorado county (Broomfield),
  • added a missing key assignment,
  • revised the Minnesota QSO Party definitions to reflect recent changes in that QSO party's rules,
  • added support for the Elecraft K2 radio,
  • fixed a problem with the fifth character of the six-character grid square, and
  • extended the grid square calculations to cover all grid squares.
        Patch 178-01 made available on the web site 24-June-2010.

Revision 178-02: This patch includes the following revisions/additions:
  • added capability to use the internal keyer of the K3, eliminating the need for an external keyer for owners of that radio;
  • revised the scoring for the Arkansas QSO Party to be consistent with recent rule changes;
  • added support for the Hawaii QSO Party;
  • added support for the dupes after one or two intervening QSOs as used in the NCCC Thursday night sprint sessions.
        Patch 178-02 made available on the web site 09-July-2010.

Revision 178-03: This patch includes the following revisions/additions most of which are minor cleanup and updating due to contest rule changes:
  • added 15m as a permissible band and some new mults in NCCC NS contest,
  • added a missing society abbreviation for Bosnia in the IARU contest,
  • corrected an inability to enter ED as an operator name in the CWOps CWT contest,
  • added new categories for the Texas QSO Party,
  • modified the mult file for the Colorado QSO Party to combine NF and LB,
  • added the capability to include multiple APRS tracks and planned paths to a single Google map,
  • documented the process for using CQ/X to develop a KML file showing county activity,
  • corrected a problem with the function key assignments for sending previous messages using the K3 internal keyer, corrected a problem wherein some dialogs would activate behind the main display causing the program to appear to hang. 
        Patch 178-03 made available on the web site 01-August-2010.

Revision 178-04: The main enhancement provided by this patch is
  • added support for the multi-QP consisting of the Kansas, Ohio, and Hawaii QSO parties
  • fixed some broken links to ARRL information for ARRL Field Day, Sweepstakes, IARU HF contest, and the 10 meter contest,
  • removed a bad alias in the Kansas QSO party data, and
  • fixed a problem with the Keyer menu.
        Patch 178-04 made available on the web site 09-August-2010.

Revision 178-05: The main enhancement provided by this patch is
  • Added support for the multi-QPs consisting of the New York and Iowa QSO parties and the Pennsylvania and Arizona QSO parties which are scheduled to run concurrently.
  • fixed a sizing problem with the log display occurring when canceling out of the New Contest dialog.
  • provided a new similar calls display modified to present the search results in columns with each column containing calls that are "equi-distant" from the test call.
  • Fixed a problem wherein a change from Outside operation to Inside required a restart in order to have the proper multipliers loaded.
        Patch 178-05 made available on the web site 25-August-2010.

Revision 178-06: The main enhancement provided by this patch is
  • Added support for the Yaesu FT-857, 817, and 897 series of radios.
  • Added function keys to the K3 Control Subset dialog to allow use of a Shuttle Pro 2 as a multi-purpose tuning knob;
  • Updated the help file;
  • defaulted the received number to a signal report in the KS-OH-HI multi-QP; and
  • added the ability of the mobile operator to message time to the next way point which is primarily useful for the solo mobile operator driving and stopping at waypoints.  
        Patch 178-06 made available on the web site 03-September-2010.

Revision 178-07: This patch fixes a number of miscellaneous problems including:
  • fixed a problem wherein a switch from Inside Mobile to Outside caused the program to hang requiring a program restart;
  • when using the internal K2 keyer the CQ message will not send and escape key will not terminate an in-progress message;
  • in certain cases the Prepare Log on A Map dialog throws an exception;
  • if no folder option is selected the Prepare Log on a Map dialog will not include QSO markers;
  • when using the Small K3 interface the radio does not respond to negative values of RIT.
  • the plan route dialog will now allow non-adjacencies in specified tiers;
  • the Prepare KML dialog now allows for two paths, typically one for Saturday and one for Sunday;
  • logging a QSO causes the RIT to be cleared.
  • ome QSO party specific changes were made for the PA QP, and the AR QP.
       Patch 178-07 made available on the web site 22-September-2010.

Revision 178-08: This patch fixes a number of miscellaneous problems including:
  • fixed a problem causing a list index out of range error in the ARRL Sweepstakes module;
  • removed a debug statement inadvertently left in the Icom and Yaesu radio interface modules;
  • fixed an access violation in the ARRL Field Day and CQWW WPX modules;
  • fixed some data problems in the Iowa QSO Party.
  • added support for the following QSO parties: FOC QP, British Columbia QP, Ontario QP, and Maritime QP.
        Patch 178-08 made available on the web site 31-October-2010.

Revision 178-09: The main reason for this patch is to
  • fix a restart problem with the sequence number in the ARRL Sweepstakes.
  • The patch also implements some changes in scoring of the PA QP due to rules changes;
  • modifies some of the polygons for the Ontario QP; and
  • fixes a problem wherein clearing of the RIT would change the RIT status.
        Patch 178-09 made available on the web site 05-November-2010.

Revision 178-10: The main revision in this patch is
  • added the Mexican states as multipliers in the ARRL 10 Meter contest.
  • changes the Delaware QSO Party definition to count mults by band and mode;  
  • fixes a sequence number restart problem for the Ohio and MIchigan QSO parties;
  • alerts the operator, rather than throwing an exception when the operator attempts to log a QSO on a band that is not valid for the current contest.
         Patch 178-10 made available on the web site 8-December-2010.

Revision 178-11: This revision consists mostly of
  • updates to the rules associated with the following state QSO parties: New Hampshire, North Carolina, Florida, Louisiana, Oklahoma, British Columbia.
  • fixes a restart issue with the sequence number used in the Missouri, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, and Virginia QSO parties.
  • fixes a problem causing an abnormal termination error on closing the MNQP,
  • fixes some missing messages in default message files for several non-state QSO party contests, and
  • fixes a problem causing incorrect behavior on a county change when using AutoCQ and the internal K3 keyer.
  • support was added for the HF portion of the FT-847,
         Patch 178-11 made available on the web site 29-January-2011.
